In its latest advisory on Tuesday, the Cybersecurity Council (CSC) of the UAE has urged Apple users in the country to update their systems to the latest versions. The CSC highlighted the need to prevent a potential leakage of confidential information. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the council alerted residents to the recently released urgent security updates by Apple, aimed at addressing several vulnerabilities across all its systems.
The Cybersecurity Council (CSC) cautioned that security vulnerabilities might enable hackers to “remotely execute commands, gain high-level privileges, or access sensitive information on affected systems.”
To prevent potential breaches, it is advisable to update the operating systems of various Apple products, ranging from iOS for iPhones to watchOS for Apple watches.
